The hotel was a great choice for sightseeing in Salzburg. I had much fun and met competent and knowledgeable staff who showed genuine warmth and passion in providing excellent customer service. The room was good-sized with detailed decorations and excellent views.

All of the staff were absolutely perfect and informative. MAGNIFICENT location in the top boutiques we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The property was right by the historical centre and a fabulous restaurant. Luckily, it was not too far away from the venue.

This place is spotless and located in a charming building with a cozy restaurant. The service here is top-notch and they even offer free parking 🚗. Its location is ideal for visiting a house museum. The main bar is a laid-back spot to unwind.

Excellent staff, beautiful view from the room on the river side, very good breakfast.
The interior of our room was quite modern with walls covered with mirrors and colourfull lumination in the bathroom. It didn't match the rest of the hotel (among our group our room was the only one like this).

I can't express how much I loved this hotel. As a seasoned traveler, I've been to many 5-star hotels around the world, and this one easily ranks in my top 10. The building itself is breathtaking, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and well-equipped. The staff at the reception were outstanding, providing excellent service with care and professionalism. The location is perfect, and I truly fell in love with the Sacher group. I will definitely choose them whenever I return to Austria. I would visit Salzburg again just to experience more of this lovely hotel.

Location is lovely....overlooking the Salzach is breathtaking...hotel upgraded our room so we had balcony overlooking the river and the old city....dinner outdoors was lovely..staff very well trained and friendly...even our bellman as we were leaving wished us a pleasant travel.

We arrived at 4:30 am and they provided us with our two rooms immediately. The hotel staff was very helpful with all our needs. The decor was beautiful and the cleanliness was fantastic. We would stay at this hotel again.
